Title: Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

2lbFrozen hash potatoes; thaw
1/2cMargarine; melt
1tsSalt
1/2tsBlack pepper
1/2cOnion; chop fine
1cnCream of chicken soup
2cColby cheese; grate

Preheat oven at 350~. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.
